Hey everyone, the Carleton Google Developer Student Club<\/b> and the <\/span>Carleton Computer Science Society<\/span><\/b> have some exciting news for you!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are kicking off the Google Solution Challenge 2022<\/strong> at Carleton! Teams of 4 will partake in a global challenge run by Google Developers with the goal of developing a project using Google Technology to help build a solution for one or more of the United Nations\u2019 –\u00a0 17 sustainable Development Goals. Think of it as a month-long project competition and a great opportunity to develop your skills as a developer while working in a team. Top 50 teams worldwide receive prizes! (Learn more at goo.gle\/solutionchallenge<\/a>)<\/p>\n

The GDSC and CCSS will be running an Info Session<\/strong> on March 1st<\/strong> at 6 PM <\/strong>on Zoom. This is your chance to ask us questions and find out more about the challenge. After that, we\u2019ll be helping you group into teams and providing support throughout the month. Keep an eye out for our upcoming workshops on Google technologies!<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need a team just yet to sign up! You can bring your team or we can help you find one later on. You can sign up for the challenge here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
