The School of Computer Science maintains three hallways displays on the fifth floor of the Herzberg building:<\/p>\n

  1. Computing Media<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Display of computer media from the Punch card all the way to the USB stick. Do you know what a floppy looks like? Have you seen an 8\u2033 floppy?<\/li>\n
  2. Microprocessor<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Microprocessor display showing the history of the CPU starting from Intel\u2019s 4004 to the 64-bit multi-core CPU.<\/li>\n
  3. Hard Disk Drive<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Shows the history of the hard drive, 14\u2033 form factor to the 0.85\u2033 form factor hard disk drives, capacities, and internals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
