HDMI extension<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Set up time<\/strong>: 45 minutes (arrange tables, dual Owl config, host-laptop, updates and testing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We typically use the projector to show the online participants\/meeting slides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Avoid Feedback<\/strong>: Ask on-site participants to mute their Mic and turn off speakers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Recomended<\/strong>: dedicated moderator\/co-host to monitor chat and hybrid tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Recording Option<\/strong>: The meeting software has a recording feature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Meeting Owl Features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Owl requires clear line of sight for the camera an microphone to function properly. If you can see the owl usually that is adequate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Owl will focus on people that are talking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-room chatter and cross-talk will be broadcast automatically<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you talk for the first time during the meeting it may take 5-10 seconds for the Owl to learn your position and adjust the microphone array accordingly. This could mean the view is not framed properly and temporary sound quality issues. You can login using your Carleton account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Logitech &#8216;Lecture Camera&#8217; is ideal for front-facing hybrid lectures with slides. It is configured to be used with the onsite computer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teams\/Zoom select camera: <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Logitech PTZ Pro 2<\/strong>.
