As of Jan. 2019, you have a 50GB email quota.<br \/>\n<em><strong>@carleton.ca<\/strong>, <strong>@cunet.carleton.ca<\/strong> and <strong>@cmail.carleton.ca<\/strong> email addresses and aliases are managed by ITS. Many of the faculty and staff have addresses <em>@scs.carleton.ca<\/em> which signifies the SCS email server. Contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/scs\/technical-support\/scs-technical-staff-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCS Tech Staff<\/a> for assistance with this email.<\/p>\n\n<p><!-- carleton-account-email --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"carleton-wireless-remote\">Wireless &#038; Remote Access<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/help-centre\/wireless\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WiFi \/ CU-Wireless \/ eduroam<\/a> &#8211; University-wide wireless service<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/help-centre\/remote-access\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Remote Access (VPN)<\/a> &#8211; Connect <em>securely<\/em> to Carleton&#8217;s network from off-campus<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/scs\/tech-support\/scs-external-access-host\/\">SCS External Access Host<\/a> &#8211; Connect securely to the SCS internal network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><!-- carleton-wireless-remote --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cunet-office-computer\">CUNET Office Computer<\/h2>\n<p>Most administrative staff computers are connected to the university-wide ITS Windows network (<strong>CUNET<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You require an active <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/all-services\/accounts-and-passwords\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyCarletonOne \/ CUNET<\/a> account and password in order to access your workstation.<\/li>\n<li>ITS has an imaging server that updates the computers regularly. Updates and installing security patches are usually done after hours and on weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Any CUNET problems and concerns can be directed to the IT Service Desk.<\/li>\n<li>New staff equipment can be imaged by ITS. The ITS image will install a fully configured Windows operating system on your hardware. This work is done by Hardware Services (basement level of the HP building).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><!-- cunet-office-computer --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"scs-account-info\">SCS Account Information<\/h2>\n<p>Your SCS accounts is used for many different SCS provided services.
