Understanding how individuals with different life experiences cope and respond to challenges may help inform more personalized treatment options in the future for mental illnesses.<\/p>\n<p>What will you be asked to do? In this online study, you will be asked to fill out several questionnaires (e.g., demographic information, questions about stressful experiences, mood, substance use,medical history, early life adversity, discrimination, abuse, suicidal ideation, etc.) with a personal electronic device. This should take about 45-60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>:Individuals aged 17+ who have fluent English comprehension and reside in Canada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risks<\/strong>:There may be some discomfort or anxiety experienced when responding to some of the questionnaires of a sensitive nature. All information, including answers within each questionnaire, will remain confidential and participants\u2019 anonymity will be protected at all times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration<\/strong>: ~45-60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:With your consent, you will be placed into a raffle for a $100 CAD gift card of your choosing from either Amazon, Walmart, or Starbucks.
