FITA Can Help.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>University can be exciting, but it can also feel like a lot to manage. When things get stressful in one area of life, it often spills into another. If you\u2019re struggling personally, it can be hard to stay focused academically, and vice versa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The\u00a0<b>From Intention to Action (FITA)<\/b>\u00a0program offers\u00a0<b>confidential, one-on-one support<\/b>\u00a0to help you manage stress, stay motivated, and feel more in control of your studies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Through up to 10 weekly sessions with a\u00a0<b>FITA coordinator<\/b>, you\u2019ll have a space to talk about what\u2019s been getting in your way, whether that\u2019s academic pressure, motivation, anxiety, or life outside of school.
