For over a decade, Carleton University has curated a significant collection of vintage computing equipment through a concerted effort involving contributions from across campus and the generosity of local computer enthusiasts. This effort has included the School of Computer Science, the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University Library, the Faculty of Engineering and Design, and Information Technology Services (ITS). We are delighted to announce the official launch of an exhibition featuring approximately 90 vintage computers in our newly renovated Tutorial Lab HP4155.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, March 27, 2026, from 2:00\u20135:00 pm, we will host an Open House in the lab to showcase:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Our newly renovated Tutorial Laboratory, a dedicated space designed to support the teaching and learning of Computer Science.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The official launch of the Carleton University vintage computer display.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
