The Carleton University\u00a0Students’ Association has implemented a COVID-19 response framework consisting of several new services to better support you – it’s members.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hardship Fund:<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0An emergency grant awarded as a one time payment for those experiencing urgent financial need. Expected turnaround is 3 business days.\u00a0<\/span>Click here for more information and to apply.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Urgent Emergency Support:<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>For short term immediate or personalized emergency support please complete the\u00a0Foot Patrol COVID-19 Emergency Response Form<\/a>. Expected turnaround is under 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food Centre Hamper Delivery:<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0The\u00a0CUSA Food Centre<\/a>\u00a0provides food-related support to Carleton students. A hamper delivery option has been added in collaboration with Foot Patrol if you don’t feel comfortable accessing the Food Centre on campus. Resources may be in limited supply. Complete the following\u00a0<\/span>Hamper Request form<\/a>. Expected turnaround is 3 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Walk and Talk phone line<\/span><\/u><\/b>\u00a0(6 PM \u2013 2 AM, 7 days a week)*: Give a Foot Patrol volunteer a call at\u00a0613-520-4449<\/b>\u00a0if you feel unsafe while walking anywhere, or if you’re bored, lonely, or feel isolated and want someone to talk to.<\/span><\/p>\n
