Call for Observers
The Carleton University Board of Governors will be meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2019.
Members of the community are welcome to observe the open session which begins at 3 pm. Those interested in attending the open session in person are asked to email the University Secretary (amanda.goth@carleton.ca) by 4 pm on June 26, 2019. Agendas and approved meeting minutes are available on the Board of Governors website.
Note: Due to fire and safety restrictions, seating in the room is limited, and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who email to reserve a seat in advance will receive an email by noon on the day of the Board meeting to confirm seating availability. In the event that the number of requests to attend exceeds the number of available seats, the community is invited to watch the meeting via live stream in room 617 Southam Hall.
