Elinor Sloan

Elinor Sloan is the Carleton University Clerk of Senate and a Professor of International Relations in the Department of Political Science where she specializes in Canadian and U.S. security and defense policy. She is author of several books and articles in the field of international security studies.
Dr. Sloan was re-elected by the Senate to the Board of Governors for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2022.
