Jessica Fullerton is a graduate student in the Masters in Public Policy and Administration program at Carleton University.
Previous to joining Carleton, Jessica attended St. Francis Xavier University (StFX) where she was heavily involved in the Students’ Union, an organization that represented the student body to the university, municipal, provincial and federal governments. As Chair of the union, Jessica completed an overhaul of union governing documents, maintained accountability of the executive to the student body, ensured transparent practices through council proceedings. Jessica was also the Chamber Ambassador, for the Miramichi Chamber of Commerce and Chair, of the StFX Students’ Union
Throughout my four years at StFX and first year at Carleton, Jessica has been extremely engaged with students, especially as Community Representative of the SPPA Committee, and hopes to continue student outreach and representation as a Student Governor.
Jessica was elected by the graduate student body-at-large for a one-year term commencing July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.
