The following is a schedule of all full Board and standing committee meetings for the 2017/18 Board year.
Unless otherwise indicated, Board and committee meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. The open session of meetings of the full Board are open to the public but all other meetings are considered closed and only open for members of the respective committees to attend.
Meetings of the full Board are typically held on campus, in room 2440R River Building (noted as 2440R on the schedule below). Committee (closed) meetings are held either in 2440R River Building or in Robertson Hall in room 607 or 617 (noted as RH on the schedule below).
Interested in attending an OPEN session of the Board?
Members of the community are welcome to observe the Open session of a full meeting of the Board. Those interested in attending in person are asked to please email the University Secretary by NOON the day prior to the full Board meeting. Seating is limited, due to fire and safety restrictions in the Board meeting room (2440R River Building), and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who email to reserve a seat in advance will receive an email by noon on the day of the Board meeting to confirm if there is a seat available. In the event that the number of requests to attend exceeds the number of available seats, the community is invited to watch the meeting via live stream in room 617 Southam Hall.
All Senate meetings are scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted, and are held in the Senate Room, Room 608 Robertson Hall (noted as S on the schedule below). For more information on Senate, please visit http://carleton.ca/senate.
