The committee work will continue for approximately one year. Committee members will need to be available during this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"eligibility\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nominees must be active, full-time faculty members in an academic unit of the university at the level of <em>Full Professor<\/em>, <em>Associate Professor<\/em>, <em>Assistant Professor<\/em> or <em>Instructor<\/em>, or must be professional librarians employed at Carleton.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faculty members must not be on leave now or planning a leave before the work of the committee is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least two confirmed members must hold the rank of Full Professor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nominees do NOT need to be members of Senate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Committee meetings will commence in March of 2023.&nbsp; More information on the committee and process can be <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Appointment-Guidelines-for-Provost-and-Vice-President-Academic.pdf\">found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"nomination-form\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nomination Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note that the deadline to apply is January 23, 2023. <\/strong>Elections, if necessary, will take place in the week of January 30 \u2013 February 3, 2023.
