Interested individuals must email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:Kathy.McKinley@carleton.ca\">Kathy McKinley<\/a>, Assistant University Secretary, at least 48 hours in advance. Please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/senate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/187\/Senate-Meeting-Protocols-for-Observers.pdf\">Senate Meeting Protocols for Observers<\/a>&nbsp;before attending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"meeting-materials\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Senate Office posts <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/senate\/meetings\/materials\/\">open session meeting materials<\/a>&nbsp;seven days before each meeting.
