This trip focuses on learning through community integration. Students with an interest in food security, education policy and social work should consider this experience.

The group will assist with the renovation of a community kitchen.

The group will explore the availability and diversity of food in rural Guatemala.

|7:00 pm||Individual reflection and downtime|
|10:00 pm||Sleep and re-energize for the next day|
Students will be housed in local school property.
