Focus Group Availability – Facilitator & Manager

Please complete this form if you received an email inviting you to a focus group to provide feedback on your experience as a Fall Orientation facilitator or manager. The focus group is being held on Monday, November 2 at 5:00pm EST. If you indicate that you are available for a focus group on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5:00pm you will receive an email with a MS Teams link to join the meeting in advance of the focus group.

Please note, focus group to be limited to 15 participants.  Should interest in participating exceed the spaces available, alternative dates may be created in future.  Participants will be selected on first-come, first-accepted basis.
