NEW DATE TBD***   SOMA is a Health Symposium for the Afro–Caribbean Black community in Ottawa to celebrate Black History Month 2025. This full day event will include presentations and interactive activities from keynote speakers and health leaders from within the Ottawa community that engage the audience on different perspectives of ACB health; in particular the body (soma), mind and spirit implications of health within the Black community. All students and community members are welcome to come for free to enjoy the discussions, entertainment, ACB cultural foods, and prizes.
