Join us for “Self-Care & Sisterhood,” a wellness-focused body scrub workshop and open discussion created by and for Black Women. Learn how to make your own natural scrub, unwind with good vibes, and connect over honest conversations about care, healing, and balance. Discussion will be lead by Meghan Stewart, a certified Mindfulness Trainer/Teacher through Unified Mindfulness.
