After this date, once registration has begun, time slot changes will only be granted in extenuating circumstances and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category Codes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 = Affects ability to offer the course<\/address>\n<address>2 = Limits the ideal academic environment to deliver the course<\/address>\n<address>3 = Preference with justification<\/address>\n<address>NA = Not acceptable<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<table class=\"cutable\" style=\"width: 100%;\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Reason for Change<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">1, 2, 3 or NA<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>1.
