Space Booking Services<\/h2>\n

Scheduling and Examination Services acts as the steward of Carleton’s space booking, managing classrooms and other venues on behalf of the university. All members of the Carleton community are welcome to request a room reservation, when rooms are not in use for course purposes. For external bookings (event spaces for the general public, summer accommodations), please<\/strong> contact Conference Services<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prior to booking a space, make sure to read and understand applicable University policies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Infosilem Campus Portal acts as our main repository of space availability, and also functions to manage space on campus. If you are ready to book a space, click on the button below to be directed to the Campus Portal.<\/p>\n\n

Student Space Booking<\/h3>\n

Students can book rooms through different channels and platforms depending on the type of room booking. Select the type of space you are looking to reserve below for more information about which platform to use!<\/p>\n

Classroom Space for Students<\/a><\/dt>

The Student Experience Office is able to reserve classroom space<\/a> for CUSA groups and recognized department\/faculty student clubs and societies.<\/p><\/dd>

Group Study Space for Students<\/a><\/dt>

The following rooms have been designated as group study space: CB 2103, CB 2302, CB 3102, CB 3201, CB 3208, NN 374, PA 100A, PA 114, PA 234. The rooms are available every day 8:30am-10pm. A booking is required<\/a> to use these rooms.<\/p><\/dd>

Library Space<\/a><\/dt>

Students can book study-space and meeting booths<\/a> in the MacOdrum Library through LibCal<\/a>.<\/p><\/dd>

CUSA Clubs and Societies<\/a><\/dt>

CUSA provides bookings services<\/a> for a number of spaces, tables, chairs, and equipment such as projectors and speakers for all registered CUSA Clubs & Societies.<\/p><\/dd>

University Centre Galleria<\/a><\/dt>

Students can book space<\/a> in the Galleria through the Campus Card Office.<\/p><\/dd>

Conference Services<\/a><\/dt>

Students can book a multipurpose or outdoor space<\/a> through Conference Services for a fee.<\/p><\/dd>
