All spaces on campus, regardless of the booking office, are governed by Carleton\u2019s full list of policies, including but not limited to:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Conference Services Space Booking Policy<\/a><\/td>\nThis policy sets out how non-academic University space bookings
\nassociated fees and charges are to be levied and how activities can be accommodated.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Galleria Space Booking Policy<\/a><\/td>\nThe University Centre Galleria (4th Floor) has additional guidelines and regulations related to its use.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Recognition of Student Organizations Policy<\/a><\/td>\nWhen applicable, booking offices will only provide space to accredited groups.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Alcohol Policy<\/a><\/td>\nIf your event includes alcohol, Risk Management<\/a> is always required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Commercial Activities Policy<\/a><\/td>\nAny<\/strong> sale of a commercially produced goods, including clothing and merchandise, is not allowed unless proper permissions are on record with the appropriate booking office.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Food Services Policy<\/a><\/td>\nAll food and beverage, with the exception of bake sale items that are home-made, must be provided by the University\u2019s Food Services Contractor. Requests for exceptions<\/strong> should be made at least three weeks in advance of the event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Gambling on Campus Policy<\/a><\/td>\nGambling is not allowed, unless approved as part of a Risk Management<\/a> application and proper licensing is received.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Posting Policy<\/a><\/td>\nYou may only post paper advertisements, flyers, and posters on designated areas. Affixing items to any walls without permission from the booking office is not allowed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Risk Management Form<\/a><\/td>\nWhen your event requires Risk Management<\/a>, you must complete the applicable form and receive approval in advance of the event and in accordance with the booking office\u2019s timelines.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Risk and Insurance Information<\/a><\/td>\nProvides the best practices in identifying, evaluating and controlling both operational and strategic risks to ensure that risks are eliminated, managed or contained.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Smoking on Campus Policy<\/a><\/td>\nSmoking on campus is prohibited in all buildings, including garages.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Student Rights and Responsibilities Policy<\/a><\/td>\nApplies to all students.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
