Effective a<\/b>s of September 1, 2025, the fees associated with completing External Examinations at Carleton University have been reassessed to ensure the level of quality and student satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Application and Administration Fee<\/span>:
\n<\/strong>We require at least 10 business days\u2019 notice to process an application. After booking your testing service and paying the $25 + HST application\/administration fee, your application will be processed.\u00a0 If you are requesting a booking with less than 10 business days\u2019 notice, please email externalexams@carleton.ca<\/a> first to confirm availability. If approved, an additional late fee of $25 + HST will be added to your exam fee.<\/p>\n

Please note: the application\/administration fee is non-refundable, covers the processing of your application, and is separate from the exam fee.<\/em><\/p>\n

Exam Fee<\/span>:
\n<\/strong>Payment of the remaining exam fee and any additional late fee will have to be made online before the requested exam date.\u00a0 For more details and to avoid additional fee incurred, please refer to our Payment and Refund Policy<\/a><\/p>\n
