Making a booking<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\nWe accept a window of at least 10 business days between submitting your booking and the exam date. This allows enough time for your exam to arrive from your home institution and our staff to coordinate resources within our facility. Payment and cancellation policy<\/h2>\n
Payment can be made by: Visa, Mastercard, Visa\/Debit, and Interac Online. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25 + HST <\/strong>you need to pay up front when booking your exam. We will contact you via email within 2 business days after reviewing your booking, and provide further details with regards to the remaining exam fee (a payment link will be included). Please ensure the full payment is made at least 5 business days<\/strong> before your exam date to complete your booking.<\/p>\nIf full payment is not received by the 5-day deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking request. If you cancel an exam booking less than 3 business days prior, a cancellation fee up to 50% of your full payment may be withheld.<\/p>\n
Rescheduling policy<\/h2>\n
Please check your institution\u2019s exam policy first before rescheduling with us. We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for any rescheduling request in writing through ExternalExams@carleton.ca<\/a>. For any requests later than that, our cancellation policy will apply.<\/p>\nHave questions?<\/h3>\n
