She has led high-performing teams and driven commercial initiatives in fast-paced environments, developing strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gabriela is passionate about mentoring and empowering others, which she demonstrated as a Program Assistant at Shad Manitoba 2025, where she facilitated workshops and supported student development. She is particularly interested in leveraging AI and entrepreneurship to create ventures that promote independence and improve quality of life for seniors.
