In light of recent concerns regarding COVID-19, the Strategic Integrated Plan (SIP) consultation gallery scheduled for March 16 and 17 has been cancelled. However, the SIP Task Force strongly encourages you to provide your feedback on the draft of the next Carleton University SIP<\/a> through the online feedback form<\/a> until March 18. This document is the product of a broad and consultative process. We hope you will take time to contribute feedback, as the document will undoubtedly be strengthened based on the feedback we receive in this next phase. Our community is strongest when we collaborate.<\/p>\n

To All Members of the Carleton Community:<\/p>\n

We invite you to provide your feedback on the draft of the next Carleton University Strategic Integrated Plan (SIP)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This document is the product of a broad and consultative process. Since the SIP Task Force was formed in September 2019, we engaged in more than 1,000 conversations with the Carleton community about Carleton\u2019s strengths and vision for the future. The draft SIP draws inspiration from Carleton\u2019s unique geographical positioning at the confluence of the Rideau River and Rideau Canal, and from its third triangular axis representing campus-community connections.<\/p>\n

We are looking forward to your feedback on this draft. Like the consultation process in the Fall Term, you can contribute feedback online (until March 18) <\/a>or through an in-person consultation event. We are hosting two drop-in consultations on March 16 and 17<\/a> (visit any time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) in the Richcraft Hall Atrium where you will have the opportunity to tour the draft SIP in a creative layout and provide your comments.<\/p>\n

After March 18, the SIP Task Force will review the feedback received and determine if further edits need to be made before finalizing the SIP for approval. We hope you will participate as the document will undoubtedly be strengthened based on the conversations in this next phase. Our community is strongest when we collaborate.<\/p>\n
