She is cross-appointed between the Childhood and Youth Studies program and the Department of Psychology at Carleton University. Dr. Maggi teaches courses about nature and child and youth development, and the psychology of climate change.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her research interests include climate change and its impact on the wellbeing of young people, career development, and the use of immersive technologies (e.g., video games) to promote positive development, emotional wellbeing, climate awareness and environmental behaviors.
