Katie Jacobs

Biography

Kathryn Jacobs is an aspiring journalist and a BJ graduate student at Carleton University. She has a deep passion for radio and cultural journalism. Katie has worked with various multimedia tools throughout her student experience such as broadcasting on CKCU: Midweek, and writing for the Charlatan and Centretown News, now Capital Current. She also completed an internship at the Windsor Star this past summer and a month long course in Whitehorse through the Stories North program. Katie also has a passion for literature and has also graduated with a BJ combined honours in English studies from Carleton University. She is hoping to become a radio reporter in the future.
