Brieanna has a bachelor’s degree in both Journalism and Psychology from Ohio University—a university she attended on a soccer scholarship. Before coming to Carleton, she focused on PR Journalism. Throughout her undergraduate career, she was an active member of PRSSA and was the PR representative for the Suicide Prevention Campaign on campus. She has interned at a local PR firm in London, Ontario and for the U.S. Soccer Federation, covering the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. She also spent time covering both polo and tango in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has been awarded the Robert and Alyce Martin Journalism Scholarship for Carleton’s five-credit Master of Journalism program.
