Kate Cornick

Biography

B.A. Hons. Communication, University of Ottawa

A natural curiosity and love for speaking with others inspired Kate to pursue a career in Journalism. Kate earned an Honours B.A. in Communication from the University of Ottawa before starting her Master of Journalism at Carleton. During her undergraduate studies, she worked in media relations and communications at the Centre for Security Science, a national security and public safety organization. This past summer, Kate interned at CBC News’ national radio program The World This Hour and worked at CTV News Channel as a chase producer.
