Carly Dybka

Biography

Carly Dybka holds a BA and MA in Communications, and a Graduate Diploma in Information Studies, from the University of Ottawa. Her PhD studies focus on the ways in which ICTs are integrated into the everyday practices of individuals, in their desire to connect with one another, but also as stakeholders in public sector organizations and activities. In her work in the Government of Canada, Carly has worked to implement artificial intelligence into client service, and is continually engaged in the values and ethics of how governments communicate with and about the public.
