Alexandra Mazur

Biography

BA Hon (English), University of Ottawa

Alexandra has always been infatuated with the written word. A graduate from the English Literature program at the University of Ottawa, her focus has recently shifted from fiction to non-fiction. This shift took place while completing a Professional Writing diploma at Algonquin College, where she was introduced to the world of narrative non-fiction. She has since worked as a contract writer for several blogs, been an online editor for an entertainment news website, and has spent her summer working with a small team of writers designing, writing, and publishing both a print and online magazine for Algonquin College.
