Saafi Warsame

Biography

Saafi earned a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University. After graduation she worked extensively as a client service specialist in both the private and public sector. She currently works at Carleton in the Teaching and Learning Services department and in pursuit of her MA is interested in exploring questions around technology, education, privacy, race, and gender. Outside of work and school, she enjoys cooking, travelling and being a big ol’ kid. She’s looking forward to meeting her fellow grad students!
