Model: 600 Series<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Victor Hugo Emerson created the <\/span>Emerson Phonograph Co. in New York City<\/span> in 1915. A few years later the company was led by <\/span>Benjamin Abrams and Rudloph <\/span>Kanarak<\/span>, two phonograph and record salesmen who renamed the company Emerson Radio & Phonograph Corp. <\/span>They <\/span>introduced the first radio-phonograph<\/span>. They <\/span>were one of the top companies and <\/span>sold<\/span> pocket size Peewee <\/span>radios<\/span>. <\/span>In 194<\/span>7,<\/span> Emerson Radio & Phonograph <\/span>created its<\/span> first postwar product<\/span>,<\/span> a television set<\/span>. They<\/span> currently sell Microwaves, Toaster Ovens, Wine Coolers, Home Security, Health & Beauty, Clock Radios and more.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Emerson Radio and Phonograph Corporation produced the 600 Series <\/span>from<\/span> 1949 to 1950<\/span> in <\/span>New York<\/span>. It was categorized as a television <\/span>receiver<\/span> or monitor.<\/span> It was made from leather, canvas and plastic with a permanent magnet dynamic loudspeaker, VHF tuner and sele<\/span>nium <\/span>rectifier<\/span>. It provided <\/span>channels<\/span> 2 to 13. It also had a carry handle so users can move the device around easily. The television co<\/span>st $169.95.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
