SUMMARY:2nd Carleton University Korean Speech Contest & Karaoke night (in-person)
DESCRIPTION:The Korean language program at Carleton University will host the second Korean speech contest on the Carleton campus.



This contest aims to raise awareness of Korean culture and enhance communication competence at Carleton.



The top three winners will receive a cash prize, graciously gifted by the  2023 Korean Studies Grant Program of the Academy of Korean Studies.



They will also have the opportunity to participate in the Toronto Korean Speech Contest to be held on March 18, 2023 (in person).



* The speech contest will be followed by a light meal and karaoke.




Time: 6:00 p.m. (Speech Contest) and 7:30 p.m. (dinner and karaoke), March 3 (Friday), 2023
