He is now scheduled in April 2023 to undergo a trial in France. Despite much evidence that points away from his involvement, Hassan Diab has still had to undergo wrongful and unlawful extradition. Hassan Diab was not involved at all in that bombing that took place in 1980. However, he served 38 months in a French prison and was released because two investigative judges ruled that he had not been involved. Since he has been released, the French judiciary set an April 2023 date for another trial based on another handwriting analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In April 2023, Hassan will face an unfair trial in France for a crime he did not commit. This is despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence. In 2018, two French investigating judges dismissed all charges against him and freed him unconditionally. All the so-called \u201cevidence\u201d that was presented by France to justify Hassan Diab\u2019s extradition in 2014 has been withdrawn, discredited, or rejected. France has offered NO new \u201cevidence\u201d against Hassan.
