Moving between people and policy, Annabelle\u2019s current research analyses how mothers, in particular mothers enrolled in employability programs in Ottawa, negotiate work and family obligations. She holds a Ph.D. from McGill University and a Master\u2019s degree from UQAM, both in Social Work.
