These awards recognize faculty who offer exceptional service and support to graduate students.&nbsp;Below is a quote taken from a nominator&#8217;s letter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;One of Alexis\u2019 practices that has had the biggest impact on my graduate school experience is the way she creates collaborative and supportive spaces for her graduate students. In addition to meeting with her students one on one, she organizes a thesis group for all of the students she supervises.
