She holds a BSW from the University of Calgary and an MSW from the University of Toronto. With over 14 years of experience in hospital social work, including her current role in the Emergency Department and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at CHEO, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her teaching. Additionally, Carol has worked in community health centers and private practice.
