Student&#8217;s can view their audit 24\/7 via <a href=\"https:\/\/central.carleton.ca\/\">Carleton Central<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/360.carleton.ca\">Carleton 360.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<section ID,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.carleton.ca\/undergrad\/undergradprograms\/socialwork\/#academiccontinuationevaluationtext\">Academic Continuation Evaluation (ACE)<\/a> decisions, class=\"wp-block-heading\">Audit Breakdown &#8211; Reading Your Audit and Degree Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The audit is broken down into three main sections (plus one possible additional section) for BSW:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>It is important that students ensure to always check their audit after registering and making course changes for their degree to verify their registration would meet their degree requirements. Students must also meet CGPA requirements to remain in good academic standing, be eligible for practicum and eligible to graduate. These are \u2018extra classes\u2019 that you are registered in or have already completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credits that exceed the maximum amount of 1000-level credits that can count for an degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course has \u2018no credit\u2019 value in your degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forfeited Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are courses that no longer count toward your degree. This can happen if you have repeated a course, as the original attempt and grade will be forfeited. A precluded course will also appear in the forfeited section. While Admissions attempts to grant as much transfer credit as possible, transfer credit will vary depending on the availability of information about your completed courses (e.g. course outlines), the existence of equivalents at Carleton, and other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your best source of information is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.carleton.ca\/apply\/transfer-credit\/\">Transfer Credit Information<\/a>&nbsp;on Carleton\u2019s Admissions website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When courses are evaluated for transfer credit, students may receive generally a few possible decisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Equivalent credit means that the course is considered an exact equivalent to a Carleton course.
