\"Front<\/a>The Centre for Community Engagement is leading the development of Carleton’s inaugural Strategic Plan for Community Engagement (SP4CE).<\/p>\n

Since the SP4CE Task Force was formed in November 2021, we have consulted approximately 600 members of the Carleton community to discuss ideas and experiences related to community engagement. These perspectives will help to inform the development of Carleton\u2019s inaugural Strategic Plan for Community Engagement<\/a>, which aligns with the Serve Ottawa, Serve the World<\/em> strategic direction outlined in our Strategic Integrated Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Along with the task force, the Centre has published the SP4CE Progress Report,<\/a> which summarizes the themes and ideas that were discussed in the internal consultations.<\/p>\n

Our next step is to consult with the broader community through external consultations this summer and we look forward to the feedback that these conversations will yield. We plan to release the Strategic Plan for Community Engagement in the fall.<\/p>\n
