Jungroan’s research looks at a range of topics including public administration, talent management, information communication technologies, and program evaluation. His doctoral dissertation examines public service ‘brain drain’, aiming to uncover how Westminster governments can better attract elite talent to the public service.
Before he entered the School of Public Policy and Administration, Jungroan completed an M.A. in political science at the University of British Columbia and a B.PAPM at Carleton University. He has also worked in the federal public service, in the not-for-profit sector, and in esports media as a journalist and a player development coach.
