Participants will have the opportunity to reflect and ask questions about the material to grow their institutional knowledge and how it applies to their current role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note this session is only available to faculty and staff at Carleton University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"learning-outcomes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Outcomes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of this workshop, staff and faculty will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recall demographic and demand trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify Carleton graduation and retention data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflect on the use of data to make evidence-informed decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"what-to-expect-at-the-session\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to expect at the session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Session length: 1.5 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop may include the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Periods of sitting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listening to a facilitator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussion and interaction with colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viewing a multimedia presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation materials that include graphs and visual representations of data, including the use of colour in graphs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Carleton University embraces diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
