This is an interactive session that will introduce the complex intersections of identity, bias, and oppression on campus, equipping participants with the tools and language to navigate these critical issues. Through discussions, case studies, and self-reflection, attendees will explore how aspects of their identity \u2013 such as race, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic background \u2013 shape their experiences, interactions, and approach to supporting students. There will be a focus on identifying and challenging microaggressions, understanding how unconscious biases perpetuate inequality, and exploring practical strategies to address and confront these harmful behaviours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
