With more than 20 years of experience in academic libraries and education, she combines operational leadership with a strong commitment to teaching,&nbsp;service&nbsp;and collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A graduate of Carleton University,&nbsp;Rumig&nbsp;also holds a Master of Library and Information Science from San Jos\u00e9 State University. Throughout her career, she has led a wide range of user-focused services, including course reserves, interlibrary&nbsp;loans&nbsp;and accessibility services. She is recognized for her collaborative approach and her ability to guide teams through periods of organizational change.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rumig&nbsp;has contributed to major institutional and provincial initiatives, including the implementation of shared library systems, and has served on a variety of strategic and operational committees. She is also an active participant in provincial and national working groups focused on resource sharing, service&nbsp;innovation&nbsp;and collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her professional interests include inclusive workplace practices, supporting neurodiversity in library\u00a0environments\u00a0and fostering collaborative communities of practice.
