Before joining Carleton in 2014, he spent 14 years as an editor at the Toronto Star.\u00a0Bosley\u2019s\u00a0academic background includes studies in philosophy at the University of Alberta and the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master of Journalism from Carleton University.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His professional and research experience spans journalism, media innovation,\u00a0technology\u00a0and digital communications. He has conducted peer-reviewed research on newsroom innovation and led several survey-based research projects involving journalism students across Canada, including research examining attitudes towards unpaid and underpaid internships. Earlier in\u00a0Bosley\u2019s\u00a0career, he co-founded The Internet Business Journal and\u00a0Nexware\u00a0Corp., worked as a technology columnist for CBC Radio One\u00a0and contributed to early digital exhibit development at the Royal Ontario Museum.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2023,&nbsp;Bosley&nbsp;has served as Undergraduate Supervisor for the Journalism program, working closely with student organizations and supporting academic administration,&nbsp;recruitment&nbsp;and student engagement initiatives.
