He brings more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, construction, project leadership, organizational development and strategic planning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining Carleton, Clements held several senior leadership positions at the University of Ottawa, most recently serving as Director of Strategy and Facilities Planning. In that role, he provided strategic direction for long-term development initiatives, led a large multidisciplinary&nbsp;team&nbsp;and managed a substantial portfolio of campus buildings.
