After a career in the Canadian federal public service, where she served as a director and worked extensively on transformation initiatives, she returned to academia to examine and better understand the dynamics that shaped her professional experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout her government career, Tweedie worked primarily on transformation files, with a particular focus in recent years on digital transformation initiatives.
