She leads efforts that support Carleton\u2019s fundraising and engagement activities, helping connect partners and resources to initiatives that expand opportunities for students and strengthen the university community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advancement Services plays\u00a0a central role\u00a0in supporting priorities such as student financial aid, accessibility, increased\u00a0representation\u00a0and other initiatives that help individuals succeed at Carleton.\u00a0Clarke\u2019s commitment to these goals is rooted in her own experience, having begun her career in Advancement as a student caller while attending university.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her work is driven by a belief in equal access to education and a commitment to reducing barriers to success.&nbsp;Clarke focuses both on raising support for important university priorities and on creating systems and processes that make fundraising and engagement more effective for colleagues and partners across the institution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clarke&nbsp;is motivated by service,&nbsp;collaboration&nbsp;and creating positive outcomes for students and the broader university community.
