Her career has included senior roles at the University of Ottawa, the City of&nbsp;Ottawa&nbsp;and MD Financial Management. Her&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;spans digital transformation, governance, service modernization,&nbsp;cybersecurity&nbsp;and the strategic adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout her career,&nbsp;Turner&nbsp;has led complex transformation initiatives, managed multidisciplinary&nbsp;portfolios&nbsp;and supported major organizational change. She has also contributed to innovation and technology strategy through leadership roles focused on emerging technologies,&nbsp;partnerships&nbsp;and business transformation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond her institutional responsibilities,&nbsp;Turner&nbsp;is active in sector-wide leadership through the Ontario University Council of CIOs and provincial cybersecurity and digital advisory groups.
