In this role, she assumes broad, faculty-wide responsibilities delegated by the Dean and provides leadership on processes, policies,\u00a0planning\u00a0and strategic initiatives across the Faculty of Science.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bertram&#8217;s work includes supporting the management of the faculty\u2019s human and financial resources, providing guidance and oversight to academic departments and ancillary units, and&nbsp;representing&nbsp;the faculty on committees. She also leads special projects aligned with the faculty\u2019s strategic priorities and works closely with academic and administrative units on the development and implementation of strategic plans and university-wide initiatives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bertram&#8217;s areas of expertise include faculty governance, academic leadership, strategic planning,\u00a0mentoring\u00a0and faculty development.
